The "Old World" Craft

Everything at Racca’s revolves around their two hand-built ovens from Italy, "Arturo" and "Giovanni." These ovens reach over 900°C (roughly 1,000°F), blistering a pizza to perfection in about 60 seconds.

Signature Eats

  • The Neapolitan Pizza: Expect a soft, pillowy crust with "leopard spotting" (char). The Margherita is the gold standard here, featuring San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and basil. For something punchy, the Hell’s Kitchen (spicy salami and honey) is a fan favorite.

  • Coal-Fired Wings: These aren't deep-fried. They are roasted in the wood-fired ovens. The Limoncello Wings (marinated in lemon liqueur and herbs) are a bright, citrusy departure from standard buffalo wings.

  • The Rotolo: A unique house specialty—it’s a pizza dough roll filled with spicy salami, basil pesto, and fresh mozzarella. It's essentially the ultimate savory Italian cinnamon roll.

  • Artisanal Starters: Don't skip the Garlic Parmesan Fried Nuggets (fried dough tossed in garlic butter) or the Burrata, which is often served with balsamic glaze and wood-fired focaccia.

The Vibe

Racca’s manages to feel both sophisticated and family-friendly. It’s got an industrial-chic aesthetic with high ceilings and an open kitchen where you can watch the pizzaiolos stretch dough by hand.
