Join CVMA Wyoming Chapter 36-1 for an evening dedicated to honoring the veterans, service members, and hometown heroes who have made a lasting impact on the community. The Hometown Heroes: Casper Freedom Rock Fundraiser takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Oil City Beer Company in Casper, bringing people together for live entertainment, auctions, and a meaningful cause that celebrates service, sacrifice, and remembrance.
The evening features live music by Mastermind of Monkey, along with silent and live auctions offering opportunities to bid on donated items and experiences. Guests can also enjoy a bake sale benefiting the CVMA Auxiliary. Proceeds from the fundraiser will support the Casper Freedom Rock Project, an initiative working to bring a permanent, hand-painted Freedom Rock to Casper and Natrona County as part of the nationwide 50 State Freedom Rock Tour. The planned landmark will honor the stories and sacrifices of local veterans and service members, past and present.
More than a fundraising event, Hometown Heroes is an opportunity for the community to come together and help preserve the legacy of those who served. Local businesses, artists, organizations, and individuals are also encouraged to contribute auction items, services, gift certificates, or other donations to support the effort. Whether you're attending to enjoy the music, participate in the auctions, or show appreciation for local veterans, your support can help bring this meaningful tribute to Natrona County.
